1. Salicylic Acid

Salicylic acid is a beta hydroxy acid. Which is a known ingredient for reducing acne by exfoliating the skin and keeping pores clear. It has direct activity as an anti-inflammatory agent and acts as a topical antibacterial agent due to its ability to promote exfoliation. The formulation of including salicylic acid in oil helps penetrate through the lipid layers between the skin cells more readily. In other words, oil-soluble ingredients can penetrate the skin at a deeper level than their water-soluble counterparts. Once Detox penetrates the skin, salicylic acid "dissolves skin debris that clogs pores, [acts] as an anti-inflammatory and also helps red inflamed pimples and pustules go away faster.
 
2. Bambo Charcoal 
Because of its natural ability to draw out dirt and debris from deep inside pores, this has become one of our key ingredient that goes hand in hand with salicylic acid, Bambo Charcoal helps remove the oil and dirt from congested pores and blackhead-causing” buildup for smoother, blemish-free skin over time
 
3. Tea Tree
Tea tree oil is harvested from the leaves of the tea tree plant. It's believed to have powerful antibacterial and antiseptic properties that help purify skin. Tea tree add on to this powerhouse ingredient in Detox that help minimize imperfections and excess oil for purified, and visibly clearer looking skin over time
 
4. Tumeric Extract
Turmeric contains antioxidants and anti-inflammatory components. Being an anti-fungal and antiseptic, it will dry out the pimples and also prevent further breakouts over time
 
5. Tamanu 
Several studies have found that tamanu oil has a number of properties that can help skin wounds heal faster, reduce inflammation, and promote collagen production. The combination of Tamanu Oil in our Detox Formulation helps heal PIH marks faster.

DIRECTIONS: Shake before use, Apply 3-5 drops in the night, after toner/serum. Massage in and allow to absorb for 1-3 minutes .
DETOX goes from midnight black to clear when massaged into the skin.
