On clean brows, apply "BROWLIFT" against the grain of your brow hairs, work the product back and forth to ensure all hairs are evenly coated.

STEP 2

Using your BROWLIFT spoolie, brush your brows upwards

Use the back of a brush to lay the brow hairs down flat. Next, fill in any sparse area by drawing small light handed hair strokes using brow pomade/pencil/pen.
